Easy to make, tasty beef fajitas that can be modified to suit the family.
Dice beef into small chunks
Slice vegetables
Fry the vegetables and beef until sizzling and well cooked - approximately 5 minutes
Add the fajita seasoning to the beef and vegetables, stirring until well dissolved
Add the salsa to the pan and stir for a few minutes until hot
Spoon the mix onto tortillas and wrap
Drizzle with sauce to suit
Serve with a side of guacamole, sour cream, nachos, wedges, rice or salad!
