Beef Fajitas

Easy to make, tasty beef fajitas that can be modified to suit the family.

Servings 4 Fajitas


  • 150 g bell pepper
  • 150g g courgette
  • 100 g onion
  • 200 g salsa
  • 4 pieces tortilla wrap
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 400 g diced beef steak


  1. Dice beef into small chunks

  2. Slice vegetables

  3. Fry the vegetables and beef until sizzling and well cooked - approximately 5 minutes

  4. Add the fajita seasoning to the beef and vegetables, stirring until well dissolved

  5. Add the salsa to the pan and stir for a few minutes until hot

  6. Spoon the mix onto tortillas and wrap

  7. Drizzle with sauce to suit

  8. Serve with a side of guacamole, sour cream, nachos, wedges, rice or salad!
