Win a Picnic Hamper Backpack!

One of my favourite places to eat is outside. I don’t want fancy restaurants in the summer, give me a picnic out in the open with the sun shining down. We’ve had amazing weather in the UK recently with glorious heatwaves that had me smiling all day and sweating all night (that’s the downside!). BBQs and picnics are on the menu. I’m sharing an opportunity to win this awesome Andrew James 4 Person Picnic Backpack. I like the aesthetic of picnic hampers, but if you’re already lugging all the stuff for the kids and the picnic spot isn’t a way away from the car, I think carrying a hamper can be a bit of a struggle. I love the idea of a picnic backpack, as backpacks free up your hands and distribute the weight.

The Andrew James Picnic Backpack comes with 4 plates, 4 wine glasses, 4 sets of plastic handled cutlery, salt and pepper shakes, a dressing pot, chopping bord, corkscrew & bottle opener and a lovely fleece blanket with waterproof backing to sit on. It’s got a large cooler compartment at the back (22 litres) for storing the food, and an insulated drinks cooler on the side. The whole thing is totally waterproof, in case your picnic happens to get flooded out – or you’re eating under cover.

I’m giving away one picnic set to a lucky reader (UK only), with the competition ending on the 14th July, getting it to you before the summer holidays start and with plenty of time to enjoy the weather. The winner will be contacted via email. Entry is via third party giveaway application, gleam.io which allows me to track entries and randomly select the winner, but your provided data will only be used should you be the winner. Otherwise your data will be deleted and will not be passed on to any third parties.

If you can’t wait for this competition to end, or aren’t the lucky winner, you can buy the Andrew James picnic hamper on Amazon, with prime delivery winging it to you next day.

My favourite thing about summer is laying in my hammock, sunbathing in the garden, reading a good book, doing puzzles, and watching and listening to the garden wildlife – then standing on the doorstep later in the evening as it cools to watch the fox family eat their dinner.
